I’m so damn proud of my team at Oniracom for achieving the highest level of green business certification that the state of California offers.
Click on the image below to see a list of just 10 of the 47 actions we took to achieve green innovator status!
Oniracom committed to becoming a certified Green Business after working with many sustainability focused organizations over the years. Our community leaders have taught us how greatly you can change your environmental impact when you care. And we care an awful lot.
Obtaining our Green Business Certification required us to make changes to office and business practices that we were excited to tackle. These changes include adding compost bins, purchasing recycled paper products, ditching single-use coffee pods, swapping out 120 lightbulbs with LEDs, and many more. We are also proud to encourage our clients to take care of our planet by sourcing them merchandise and print materials selectively from sustainable retailers.
“We at Oniracom incorporate sustainability in our business model by examining each step of clients supply chain when we begin our work to identify adjustments that work towards a more environmentally and humanitarian future. By shifting our clients supply chains towards U.S. based, environmentally conscientious partners, Oniracom extends our passion for social and environmental justice far beyond our direct network.”

Summary
In this week’s episode, Jacob Tell, co-founder of Oniracom, shares his journey on how their company has helped national music artists navigate and adapt to the profound changes in digital marketing.
Advancements in technology have made a huge impact on business — no more so than in the music industry. Artists used to make money selling their albums and tickets to shows. Easy access to digital downloads has forever altered the music industry and driven a shift in both mindset and strategy for artists. When they can no longer rely on simply selling products, smart companies build tribes!
Key Takeaways
Super-serve the superfan.
When you have established the connection and relationship with your customers, you can sell them a multitude of items and solutions.
Tell a story that people want to connect with emotionally.
As business owners, part of our primary responsibility is to make our tribe want what we have.
Value your people and turn them into superfans who are going to drive a lot more revenue than selling products to a lot of people.
One of the great ways to provide a sense of belonging to your tribe is to build and cultivate a “nurtured” community.
